1. Return Eligibility
• You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Tags and packaging should be intact.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
• Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Items returned without original tags or packaging
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
3. How to Initiate a Return
• Contact us through the Return Request Form or email us at support@https://outfitera.in/outfitera.in.
• Provide your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will verify the request and arrange pickup.
4. Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method or store credit, based on your preference.
• Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. Exchange Policy
• Size and product exchanges depend on availability.
• If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll process a refund or store credit.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
7. Pickup Attempts
If the courier is unable to pick up your return after multiple attempts, the request may be cancelled. You can reapply if your return window is still valid.
